Rev. Kenny BowenInterim Pastor

The Rev. Kenny Bowen began serving as the Interim Pastor of All Saints in February of 2020.  Pastor Bowen is a graduate of Florida International University, Miami, Florida, where he majored in Social Work.  He is also a graduate of Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, Ohio.  He was ordained on November 4, 1990, in Miami, Florida.

Pastor Bowen served as an Intern/Vicar with Genesis Lutheran Church, Detroit, Michigan, while a Seminarian.  He has served parishes in Akron, Ohio, Glendora, CA, and Long Beach, CA.  Prior to coming to All Saints he began served as an Interim Pastor to parishes in Bellflower, San Gabriel, Rancho Palos Verdes all within the geography of the Southwest California Synod, ELCA.  He has served as the Ecumenical Representative for the Synod and is an active Rotarian.

His interests include music, Rotary, liturgy, and travelling.  He leads the people of All Saints in welcoming all people to worship.

Angela KilgoreInterim Volunteer Office Administrator

Angela started her career in the Payroll Department at Warner Bros. in 1991. Upon the creation of the Human Resources Shared Service Center at the company in 2000, she took the role of Employee Services Manager, overseeing first-tier response to employee issues and questions pertaining to Payroll, Leaves of Absence, Benefits and Travel and Entertainment reimbursement. In order to have better work/life balance, in 2015 she started working for Protravel International as a travel agent and office administrator on a part-time basis.

Angela is married and has five children. She lives in Burbank with her husband, two youngest children, two dogs and a gecko. She enjoys hiking, reading, going to her daughter’s softball games, attending concerts, traveling and camping.

John-Micah BraswellMusic Director
John Micah Braswell

 John-Micah Braswell began playing piano at age four in his hometown of Fort Collins, CO.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University, and recently graduated with a master’s degree in Keyboard Collaborative Arts from the University of Southern California.  His teachers have included Dr. Miroslava Mintcheva, Dr. David McArthur, Dr. Caleb Harris, Prof. Vergie Amendola, Prof. Jane Abbott-Kirk, and Dr. Alan Smith.  He has performed as a featured soloist with six symphonies, and in 2019, he performed his debut at Carnegie Hall.  John-Micah also enjoys playing organ, directing choirs, and producing live and recorded concerts.  Outside of music, he can be found on the bike path or hiking trail enjoying the beauty of nature.

Dana AhernLearning Center Director

Dana has been working at All Saints Learning Center since August 1991.  She started off teaching our two- and three-year-old class. She became the Assistant Director in 1997, and started teaching the Pre-K class at that time.  Dana has been quoted as saying, “Each year I learn something new from my students and that is such a blessing.” Dana earned her Teaching Certificates at Valley College. Dana is a long-time resident of Burbank, and has two children. Both of her children attended the Learning Center.  The Learning Center operates Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 6:00 PM .
